We are seeking an experienced, professional, and enthusiastic Client Service Representative Team Lead to join our leadership team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, leads by example, and is passionate about delivering outstanding client service while supporting and developing a high-performing front desk team.

Position Summary

The CSR Team Lead serves as both a frontline client service professional and a leader for our reception team. This individual will help ensure smooth daily operations, coach and mentor team members, uphold service standards, and foster a collaborative, positive work environment.

The ideal candidate is warm, patient, highly organized, detail-oriented, and confident communicating with clients, team members, and hospital leadership.

What You'll Do

• Provide exceptional service to clients in person, over the phone, and electronically
• Lead, mentor, and support the CSR team during daily operations
• Model professionalism, empathy, and excellent communication
• Assist with training, onboarding, and coaching new team members
• Help maintain scheduling efficiency and front desk workflow
• Resolve client concerns with professionalism and compassion
• Partner with hospital leadership to improve processes and team performance
• Ensure accurate recordkeeping, communication, and follow-through
• Foster a positive, collaborative, and accountable team culture

• Previous veterinary reception or veterinary client service experience strongly preferred
• Prior leadership, supervisory, or training experience preferred

At Alpine Animal Hospital, we are committed to creating a workplace where our team can thrive both professionally and personally. To support that balance, we prioritize a four-day work week whenever possible. Veterinary medicine is deeply rewarding, but it also requires energy, focus, and compassion. Having an additional day each week to rest, recharge, and spend time with family, friends, and personal pursuits helps our team bring their very best to work each day.

Our hospital is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Team members arrive at 7:30 AM to prepare for the day and remain until our patients have been cared for and all daily responsibilities are complete, which is usually between 6:00 and 6:30 PM. This schedule allows us to provide exceptional care while fostering a collaborative environment where everyone works together to ensure our patients, clients, and team are fully supported.
