Imani

Imani grew up in sunny Miami, Florida. From a young age, she had a passion for dog training and wildlife conservation. She completed a Bachelor of Arts in Classical Music with a Minor in Biology at the University of Miami. After graduating, she spent her time working in small animal clinical practice, gaining experience and exploring her veterinary passions.

In the summer of 2024, she moved to the Roaring Fork Valley to attend Colorado Mountain College’s Veterinary Technology program. After graduation, she intends to gain a VTS. Her medical specialty interests include behavior, emergency and critical care, and anesthesia and analgesia.

In her spare time, Imani enjoys hiking with her dog, reading, traveling with friends, watching movies, and going to karaoke. Her fur babies include a Doberman Pinscher and an English Spot mix rabbit.
