The Puppy Wellness Plan at Alpine Animal Hospital covers every foundational veterinary need: scheduled pediatric examinations, core booster immunizations, parasite testing and prevention, microchipping, and routine spay/neuter surgery.
What’s Included in the Plan
- 3 Comprehensive Doctor Visits: Initial puppy wellness examination plus 2 booster visits to monitor growth, weight, and development.
- Vaccines: Complete puppy vaccination series tailored to your puppy’s risk profile.
- Lab Testing & Diagnostics: 1 Fecal Float test and 1 Heartworm/tick disease screening.
- Identification: Microchip placement and registration.
- Parasite Protection: 7 months of dewormer, heartworm, and flea & tick prevention.
- Routine Spay or Neuter Surgery: Full surgical procedure including preanesthetic bloodwork, general anesthesia, monitoring, post-op pain medication, and a protective e-collar.

Financial information regarding our plans: The initial payment for your pet's Wellness Plan includes 3 months of payments plus a one-time enrollment fee. We will then bill your stored payment method on the 1st of each month. We offer a 5% discount if you choose to pay for your pet's entire plan upfront.
